Fathiah Binti Khadizan graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) with a Upper Second Class Honours in Bachelor of Law (LL.B) in the year 2013.

She then commenced her pupillage under the guidance of Mr Robert Devan at Messrs. Robert Devan & Co. where she was exposed to various general civil litigation matters, uncontested non-muslim divorce matters, bankruptcy, and recovery of debt for legal entities including companies,  and Joint Management Body (JMB). She was subsequently called to the bar in 2014. In 2020, she furthered her study and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice (DSLA) at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM).

Upon completing her pupillage, she started her legal career at Messrs. Sivaruben & Co., where she was mainly exposed to motor vehicle accident matters (for Plaintiff), debt recovery, and simple conveyancing matters including subsale, private auction, and perfection of transfer and charge.

In 2016 she joined Messrs. Sing Lim & Low as a Legal Assistant to focus herself on conveyancing practice. She was personally involved in attending to various conveyancing matters such as sale and purchase agreements for subsale and developer’s projects, public auctions, tenancy agreements, trust deeds, power of attorney, conventional and islamic loan documentation for various major banks, re-financing, discharge of property, perfection of transfer and charge as well as various transactions at relevant land offices. She was also entrusted to be in charge of a number of reputable developers’ projects from start to handover.

Later, in August 2023 she joined Messrs. Misyail Othman & Co. as a Legal Associate at the firm’s Conveyancing Department.
