Molina Binti Mohamad Dat graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia graduate with Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2006. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an advocate and solicitor in May 2007 after having read as a pupil in Messrs. S.N Yap & Associates and she is now in her 12 years of practice. Thereafter, she commenced legal practice as a legal assistant with the firm of Messrs Azhar & Wong from May 2008 until February 2018 mainly handling conveyancing matters as her principal portfolio.

Then, in March 2018 till 30^th November 2019, she was invited to join as a Partner in Messrs. Haslina Hamid & Co whilst, she was entrusted to handle all conveyancing matters which covers residential, commercial and industrial properties, from acquisitions to sale through courts and land offices, leasing and financing of real estate. She provides guidance on the procedures for various type of properties such as freehold, leasehold, strata title, low cost, administered properties and etc.

In the field of conveyancing, Molina binti Mohamad Dat is focused, in the main, on a variety of property transaction. In addition to assisting clients on both sides of transaction, she is also up to date with current legislative requirements in relation to all aspects of the conveyancing procedure.

She is energetic, diligent and versatile self-starter with strong leadership and communications skills. She possesses the right technical and soft skills required to assist the firm to achieve its goals and objectives.

She started her career with Messrs. Misyail Othman & Co as a Legal Manager on 2 December 2019 and later was appointed as a Partner on 1 December 2020.
