Naif Zulkiflie graduated with Bachelor of Law (LLB) (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in 2018. Upon graduation, he commenced his pupillage at Messrs Ghazi & Lim in Penang under the tutelage of Mr Jeyasingam Balasingam and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in June 2019.

Desirable to deepen his knowledge in Syariah Law, he then enrolled in Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law & Practice (DLSA) in 2019 and graduated in 2020 from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). 

He has considerable experience in banking, civil and general litigation and his scope of practice involves appearing in the Subordinate Courts, High Courts and Appellate Court. Other than appearing in various courts he also appears at Land and Mines offices and Private Auction houses. His practice mainly involves banking litigation for unsecured and secured facilities and also general litigation which includes matters relating to contractual disputes, tortious claims, debt recovery, defamation, probate and administration of estate matters and others.

In March 2023, he joined Messrs Misyail Othman & Co. as a Legal Associate, entrusted with handling litigation matters. Before he joined Messrs Misyail Othman & Co. he was a Legal Associate at Messrs Frances, Hazlina & Partners.
