Nurfatihah Binti Azis graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) with an Upper Second Class Honours in Bachelor of Law (LL.B) in the year of 2015.

She then commenced her pupillage under the guidance of Mr. Amran bin Parimon at Messrs Siti & Co. where she was exposed to various general civil litigation matters, bankruptcy, and recovery of debt for legal entities.  She was subsequently called to the Bar in 2018.

Upon completing her pupillage, she was retained as Legal Assistant by the same firm and worked primarily in general civil litigation matters such as debt recovery, breach of working bond, breach of sale and purchase of oil palm’s fruit and summary possession of land.  She was further exposed to various interlocutory applications among others summary judgment, striking out application and setting aside judgment in default.  She also attended mediations regularly and conducted many trials.

Later in 2023, she joined Messrs Izzati, Zuriyanti & Co. as a Legal Assistant focusing primarily in sub sale conveyancing matters and government loan. She was personally involved in attending to various conveyancing matters such as sale and purchase agreements for subsale, islamic loan documentations, re-financing, discharge of property, perfection of transfer and charge as well as various transactions at relevant land offices. She was also entrusted to handle Letter of Administration and Grant of Probate matters.

Later, in February 2024 she joined Messrs Misyail Othman & Co. as a Legal Associate for conveyancing.
